Answering enquiries before they go cold

Inbound rental enquiries were being answered in business hours by a small team, while the market they came from moved in minutes. We put a response bot in front of the funnel and rebuilt the landing page and tracking behind it.

Minutes, not next morning

What was happening

Enquiries arrived around the clock from paid search and marketplaces. The team was small and in one timezone, so a meaningful share of leads got their first reply the next morning, by which time the enquirer had booked elsewhere. Nobody could size the loss, because conversion tracking was not wired up properly either.

What we did.

  1. 01

Built a lead response bot that answers immediately, qualifies against the actual availability, and hands a warm enquiry to a human with context attached.

  2. 02

Rebuilt the paid-search landing page around one action, and wired conversion tracking so the funnel could be measured at all.

  3. 03

Fixed the measurement layer first, because an automation you cannot measure is a story rather than a result.

  4. 04

Ran a neighbourhood-level content programme so the same demand arrived organically as well as paid.

Minutes, not next morning

Where it landed

  • First response to an inbound enquiry in minutes, at any hour.
  • A funnel with working conversion tracking, so spend decisions stopped being guesses.

What we are not claiming

We are not publishing a conversion-rate lift for this one. Tracking was installed as part of the same work, so there is no clean before-and-after baseline and any number we quoted would be reconstructed rather than measured.

Thirty minutes. No deck. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us, and that is a short call.
